NEW Title Services is seeking an efficient and hard-working individual located within the Fox Valley with qualified title searching and examining experience!

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ability to search and examine various public records in accordance with company procedures to prepare title insurance commitments.
• Analyzes deeds, mortgages, easements, judgments, taxes, liens, restrictions and other title matters.
• Responds timely to requests from company employees, attorneys, consumers and customers regarding status of title.
• Ability to perform tasks accurately and pay close attention to detail.
• Ability to locate, accurately compile and interpret information affecting title to real property.
• Ability to work with electronic records and navigate the property records online in several area counties.
• Ability to work well with others and meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, in person and by telephone.

Education & Experience

• 1-2 years of previous and recent title searching and/or examiner experience is required, applicants without experience will not be considered.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Remote work location considered if applicant has extensive experience.
• MUST be located within the Fox Valley region!
