We are now accepting applications for a full-time Tour Guide ( Japanese or Korean Bilingual speaking wanted ) to join our amazing team!
We are a multi-tour company looking for an outgoing, respectful, safety-conscious, and fun-loving tour guides with excellent customer service skills to part of our Ohana.
We are very passionate about providing high-quality customer service with an abundance of Aloha for our guests.
Tour Guide duties include (but are not limited to):
· Good physical condition and safety skills
· Great communication and customer service skills
· Must be able to speak well in front of a large crowd
· The ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
· Bilingual (Japanese/English) or (Korean/English) preferred
· Strong teamwork and ability to communicate well with guests and other staff.
· Trustworthy with handling money, cash, checks, and credit card payments.
· Dependable with equipment and merchandise.
· Must be able to perform tasks on various electronically operated devices such as iPad, Computers, Go Pro, Credit Card swipers, WIFI routers, etc.
· Must be able to operate a camera. Must be able to clean and maintain the equipment necessary for our tour.
· Other duties as they arise
Desirable Assets: Working knowledge of lifeguard, first aid, and C.P.R. (cardiopulmonary resuscitation). Knowledge of marine life, Hawaiian culture, and historical facts and features of the Hawaiian Islands.

JOB SUMMARY: Performs a variety of routine and special diagnostic procedures on clinical specimens for use in diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
Salary Grade, if non-union: School-Based Administrator - Assistant Principal. Non-Union or Specific Collective Bargaining Agreement:
Build a team that works well together based on the needs of the store. Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
Often the first encounter, you understand that your interaction can set the tone for the entire guest experience and potentially impact the entire brand!
3+ years of related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Develop and implement daily work logs/end of shift reports.
