SUMMARY:
The TMO Project Analyst is responsible for contributing to the management of initiatives as laid out in the strategic action plan by Senior Health Services (SHS). The Project Analyst reports directly to the Director, Program Management and works to drive forward multi-year transformation programs. The Project Analyst will support both project management and analyst activities, including program and project planning, discovery, project charter development, requirements solicitation, tracking and reporting of progress, assisting with cross team coordination within the Retail Sales and Marketing Unit (RSMU), Senior Health Services, and other teams, issue escalation, mitigation planning, and communicating across stakeholders.
To be successful, candidates will have experience in both project management and business analysis, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of project management strategies, processes, and tools. This role also requires demonstrated success in business requirements gathering, coordination, problem solving, effective communication and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Health Care, Information Systems, Statistics or a related field. Continuous learning, as defined by the Company’s learning philosophy, is required. Certification or progress toward certification is highly preferred and encouraged.
EXPERIENCE:
Five (5) years of experience in a related field required to provide the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role.
