About the distribution center team

Bi-Mart's distribution center, truck shop, and logistics department are located in Eugene, Oregon and provide service to 76 stores located throughout Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. Bi-Mart's fleet of trucks are maintained by our knowledgeable on-staff mechanics and are driven by on-staff drivers with long standing safety records.

Every distribution center, truck shop, and traffic employee is united in a common goal: the movement of merchandise from our distribution center to the stores in an efficient and safe manner. By utilizing logistics and an automated replenishing system, as well as hard work and dedication, these employees meet the needs of the stores and, ultimately, our customers every day.

About the Truck Driver Position

Drivers operate a semi-truck pulling 1 to 3 trailers to haul and deliver merchandise to Bi-Mart stores throughout Idaho, Oregon and Washington. Driver will load and back-haul freight from suppliers as assigned and hook up and drop trailers as necessary. Drivers are expected to operate their equipment in a safe, courteous, efficient and lawful manner in all types of traffic and weather conditions.

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

Current Class A CDL

The ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing

An excellent record for attendance and performance

The ability to set priorities and organize workload

A strong initiative with accuracy

A safe and excellent driving record

Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment

Experience:

Triples and HazMat endorsements are a plus

$33.25 - $33.25 / Hour

Additional compensation for mileage.
