26FT Box Truck Driver-No CDL Required
Caruso is a family-owned, 4th generation company that delivers fresh ready-to-eat, and pre-cut produce, sandwiches, salads, and fresh meal kits to retail distribution centers and direct-to-retail stores all over the USA and we are growing!
We are looking for experienced Box Truck Drivers for Local Route/Delivery Driver positions.
The Delivery Driver is responsible for making deliveries to area customers starting at 9:30 pm or 10:30 pm.
Must have 1 year of verifiable Box Truck experience within the last 3 years
Must have weekend availability
Shift availability:
- Overnight Shift (Required)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to work the 3rd shift
- Must have verifiable box truck driving experience.
We are looking for experienced Drivers for Local Route/Delivery Driver positions.
The Delivery Driver is responsible for making deliveries to area customers.
Delivery Driver Job Responsibilities:
- Delivers high-quality products to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.
- Establishes and maintains outstanding relations with customers.
- Reviews and verifies invoices and purchase requests to ensure accuracy.
- Inspects delivery vehicles and ensures the safety and security of the loading and unloading process.
- Determines placement of merchandise follows safety and lifting protocols during deliveries and conducts safety reviews.
- Maintains delivery logs and records.

A good driving record, including none of the following:
- Reckless driving
- DUI/OMVI
- Hit and Run
- Excessive Speed as defined by DOT (15+ miles over)
- No Preventable accidents. No more than two moving violations within the last 24 months.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, work and drive in all types of weather.
- Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies, and procedures.
- Excellent and prompt attendance each day scheduled.
- Experience with refrigerated products and previous route delivery is a plus.
