Job Description

Digital Markets Sales is the area within Corporate Investment Bank (CIB) Digital Markets which owns the digital distribution transformation agenda for the global sales organization across asset classes. The focus is on delivery of industry-changing technology solutions to improve, digitize and automatize sales workflows and surface client and market intelligence in order to initiate revenue growth for the organization.

You will partner with the global sales organization to understand their end-to-end workflows, identify opportunities for digitization to create efficiencies and generate additional sales opportunities through data analytics.

The team will enhance the Sales business in areas including Client Management, Contact Management, Interaction Management, Action Management, Event Management, Revenue Management and Pipeline Management. This will be done through developing our strategic products, ICE, JPM Events and Capital Edge.

We work closely with Engineering and UX to design and plan the delivery and create the solutions through the software development lifecycle (SDLC.)

The focus is on delivery of industry-changing technology solutions to improve, digitize and automatize sales workflows and surface client and market intelligence in order to ensure revenue growth for the organization.

Job responsibilities
  • Creates marketing strategy to meet the objectives / Develops the product vision and the product line goals into actionable deliveries
  • Focuses on business process re-engineering and transforming client interactions
  • Understands the market through user research and analysis providing personas, concept designs and other tools to communicate the desired outcomes to the team
  • Understands and owns the Business Case assessing the client, business and technology needs and prioritizes accordingly
  • Approves deliverables from the SCRUM teams and confirms they meet the definition of done
  • Manages the go-to market rollout of changes via established launch processes and metrics on value delivered
  • Understands the regulatory framework and ensures compliance

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience in a Sales and Trading organization as a Product Manager, Salesperson, Business Manager, Middle Office, Operations and/or someone with experience of delivery
  • Proven ability to own projects from inception to delivery
  • Ability to partner with other Sales Product Managers to define and deliver a holistic sales experience across our full suite of workflows
  • Experience in organizing, conducting and analyzing client/sales needs.
  • Good partnership skills to enable you to bridge the technical and business organizations and ensure we are building the right products for users
  • Analytical mindset to ensure we commercialize the products we deliver value
  • Commercial mindset with excellent communication skill / Ability to synthesize information and present it back in a thoughtful and coherent way
