Our startup telepsychatriy practice is in need of a Virtual Medical Receptionist to support practice. The ideal candidate will be capable of providing quick service, responding to all inquires, handling multiple tasks at once and utilizing EMR officeally to assist with scheduling appointments and checking insurance eligibility.

25 hours a week only

Monday 9 AM To 5 PM

Tuesday 9 AM To 5 PM

Friday 9 AM To 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and provide information to callers.
• Checks medical insurace eligiblity
• Converse with customers in English, and Spanish. (Needs to be bilingual)
• Answer general office questions or forward phone calls or messages.
• File documents and answer general questions. Helps patient with
• Have good communication skills.

Pay is as 1099 independent contractor. Experience with EMRs is highly preferred.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $12.00 per hour
