What does a Distribution Supervisor do at Swire Coca-Cola?
As a Distribution Supervisor, you will be the liaison between the Distribution & Sales Teams in your area. You will be responsible for managing the drivers within your assigned territory, and will have the opportunity to staff, train, evaluate, and develop your team members, helping ensure the efficient distribution of our great-tasting products to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the effective & efficient distribution of product
- Adhere to delivery standards, efficiencies, and regulatory requirements
- Manage drivers within a specific territory
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships
- Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- CDL Class A
- Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies company MVR policy
- 1-3 years of experience in consumer products/ direct store delivery required
- Familiarity with DOT regulations
Base pay range $65,000 to $75,000. Pay offered will depend upon candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills & abilities. Position is eligible for annual or [quarterly] bonus based on performance against metrics.
