Job Description
We are currently hiring a Warehouse Operator (Full-Time Overnight) in Milton, DE .
The Warehouse Operator will assist with the daily functions of the warehouse including but not limited to, shipping, receiving, put away, inventory, keg line and pallet and keg repair to ensure orders are selected and loaded for customer delivery within company designated time frame.
What You'll Brew:
- Safely, efficiently, and effectively work to attain department and brewery objectives
- Must observe and practice all Department/Brewery Safety Procedures
- Including the proper use of all PPE, this may include but is not limited to; bump caps, safety shoes, hearing protection, and eye protection in conjunction with all GMP regulations
- Must be receptive to working in a team environment and maintain positive working relationships with others
- Ensure warehouse/assigned areas, are kept in compliance with company safety standards. Including, but not limited to: sweeping the warehouse, removing garbage, pallets, and debris from the building and placed in the proper areas
- Load/Unload trailers and railcars
- Shipping and Receiving
- Assist in hand stacking of product on pallets as needed
- Work overtime as needed which may require 12-hour days, weekends, and holidays
- Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
- Proper use of fork truck, charging, inspection & care of fork truck

Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with all team peers and customers
- Must be available to support shift, weekend and holiday schedules as required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to be flexible and shift priorities in a constantly changing, fast-paced work environment
- Self-starter, proactive
- Proficient with Computer systems. Must be able to learn and accurately utilize SAP Warehouse Management System
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms
- Demonstrated ability to be successful in a collaborative team environment
- Highly effective multi-tasker; resourceful with a “get-it-done, can-do” attitude
- Must be able to work assigned shifts as needed
- Ability to safely and efficiently operate Fork Truck
- All production roles are required to pass a pre-employment physical exam to comply with their specific role requirement(s)
- Certain roles may require the use of a respirator and passing the associated fit test
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs, sometimes repeatedly
- Regular walking and standing for long periods of time (up to 11 hours a day) on concrete, metal and grated surfaces
- Responsibilities may require crouching, bending, twisting, climbing, reaching, reaching above head and shoulders repeatedly throughout the day
- While performing the duties of this role, it may be required to climb flights of stairs, work from height or on elevated platforms*
- Agile enough to step over, crouch over or crawl under
- Ability to wear assigned PPE (safety shoes, gloves, facemask, hearing protection and hard hat)
- Some roles (e.g., forklift operator) may be required to sit for a prolonged period of time and have strong peripheral vision and depth perception
