Job Description

The University of Illinois Community Credit Union is looking for a Website & Analytics Specialist for our growing organization! This position requires extreme organization, a desire to always be learning, attention to detail, and the ability to make decisions and recommendation based on data. This position will work fully remote from home but will collaborate daily with the rest of the Marketing Team via video calls and our project management platform! Additionally, the Website & Analytics Specialist will be expected to be on-call 24/7 in the instance the website(s) needs immediate attention. The Website & Analytics Specialist will improve UICCU's competitive position within the markets served by developing strong and innovative digital marketing strategies. They will use SEO, PPC, and other techniques to drive traffic to the credit union's page in order to generate interest in UICCU's products and services. This position must assist in fulfilling the mission of the credit union and act on our value proposition in order to build loyalty with our membership.

As a member of the support team for our organization, the Website & Analytics Specialist will:

  • Be focused on accuracy in all areas of the role.
  • Ensure clear and focused communication both internally and externally.
  • Identify ways to improve processes and increase efficiencies.
  • Offer help and suggestions that will build internal and external loyalty.


Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Consistently provide outstanding service focusing on member service and member loyalty skills.
  • Develop, update, diagnose, and optimize the UICCU websites.
  • Enhance UICCU SEO and SEM.
  • Utilize Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant sites.
  • Plan, develop, and implement digital programming and communication campaigns across departments, as well as products and services to reach or exceed business goals.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance across the website and all digital campaigns/channels.
  • Track website functionality, reliability, and traffic while monitoring and researching best practices and competitive trends.
  • Provide expert advice and insight for marketing leadership on all digital and online marketing.
  • Own internal and external member problems, issues, and complaints, and ensure the appropriate follow up to achieve proper resolution.

Experience:
Three years to five years of similar or related experience

Education:
A college degree

Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization, generally regarding routine matters for purposes of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion.

Other Skills:

  • Proficient in written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient with Google Analytics and Google Ads.
  • Proven experience in Graphic Design.
  • Proven experience with Adobe products, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Products.
