Job Qualifications:

Work Study Student - Research Dept, CON

Job Summary:
The work-study student will assist with administrative tasks and projects in the College of Nursing. Exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Duties will include greeting and directing guests of the College of Nursing in person and on the phone.
  • General office organization. Keeping space welcoming and professional.
  • General office tasks. Copying, filing, scanning, printing, mail, general correspondence and data entry.
  • Manage reservations of the CON conference room, may include set-up and breakdown.
  • Assisting with meeting organization, scheduling room, setting up AV and coordinating/distributing meeting materials. Special projects.
  • Assignments to support CON Leaders.
  • Ability to work in a professional and often quiet working environment.

Required Job Qualifications:
  • High school diploma
  • Possesses customer friendly attitude
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Conscientious of time (punctual, time management)
  • Professional and pleasant office mannerism
