Springs Fabrication is hiring an Assembler for Manufacturing Department as a Full-Time job in Westminster, CO.

As an Assembler, the primary duty of this position would be to control and assemble products in support of the Master Production Schedule

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble projects per work orders, drawings, customer specifications, and/or documented industry standards.

• Performs medium to complex heavy assembly tasks under the guidance of the Assembly Team Lead or Engineering.

• Confer with Production, Project Management, and Engineering to solve manufacturing problems and improve processes.

• Audits kits to ensure the accuracy of materials and works with team lead on discrepancies.

• Staging kits and incoming processed materials in a safe and organized manner.

• Able to load crates per work orders, shipping plans, or with direction from Team Lead or Engineering.

• Forklift certified.

Job Qualifications:

• EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Minimum of two years of related assembly experience and/or training in a manufacturing environment. Welding experience is a plus.

• CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

• Must be certified in forklift operation per Springs ATG standards, within 30 days of accepting this position. Must be certified in rigging operation per Springs ATG Standards, within 30 days of accepting this position.

• 
  SKILLS and ABILITIES:

• Knowledge of and proficiency in using a variety of hand tools. Familiar with most common materials of construction. Must be able to work at heights in a man-lift or on a ladder, i.e. greater than 20 feet. Must be able to operate, with training, various types of standard rental equipment.
