We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

This position will be supporting our DEV Electric Material Operations (storerooms) department. The person’s responsibilities will include, but not limited to, assisting with inventory compliance and physical inventories, storeroom process improvement, inventory reporting and training/troubleshooting issues and concerns from the storerooms.
Location is flexible, preferred location one of Richmond local offices.
Travel to local offices will be required to support storeroom operations
Responsible for assisting with analysis and making recommendations for changes to internal processes and/or standards/specifications in order to create more efficient and economical operations for Dominion Energy and Dominion Delivery business areas.
Assist on projects to identify and document the major business processes associated with the business unit; identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the business processes within the entire business unit without jeopardizing reliability, availability, or safety; develop business cases to support recommendations; and, monitor the progress associated with the implementation of recommended changes.
Apply process modeling tools, process improvement methodology, benchmarking, project management, and change management to projects.

0-2 years of relevant experience in power delivery or similar industry
Willingness to learn and apply new skill sets;

Ability to work independently
Ability to collaborate and communicate with storerooms
Basic Knowledge of SAP or equivalent inventory system (preferred, not required)
Basic knowledge of inventory compliance and storeroom operations (preferred, not required)
Basic knowledge of power delivery materials (preferred, not required)
