Position is accountable for multi-site clinical operations for a multi-million-dollar physician practice. Receives direction operationally from AVP of Operations. Position is accountable for collaborating with clinical and Physician leadership to improve quality, cost and patient service and the financial and operational performance of organization. Ensures a positive and productive relationship with internal and external business partners as well as patients and providers. Develops strategies to implement organizational mission, vision and values that optimize patient outcomes and financial performance. Facilitates excellent customer service and satisfaction while achieving organization-specific financial goals. Develops and participates in companywide policy and procedures to monitor and ensure company and regulatory compliance and consistency. Recruits, retains and promotes outstanding staff.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Works with Physician leader and VP to develop and manage operational budgets for business units
• Develops and monitors annual Capital budget and the CAR process
• Evaluates proformas and analysis for new business opportunities including the addition of new services or facilities
• Develops plans for employee engagement including provider recruitment/retention, staff development, training, mentoring and performance management
• Develops marketing strategies aimed at retaining and increasing membership, developing new markets and achieving strategic multi-payer opportunities
• Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations as well as company policies, processes and procedures
• Accountable for appropriate achievement of the interviewing, selection, orientation, development, evaluation, discipline and competency of Division staff
• Actively participates as the organization’s representative on boards, community and health-related agencies

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in the following areas: medical practice management, health plan operations or director level experience
• Experience utilizing solid written and verbal communication skills, a motivated independent thinker with an Analytical mindset
• Knowledge of ICD-10/CPT/HCPCS and medical terminology
• Familiarity with Project Management and basic accounting principles

Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Nevada residents is $101,200 to $184,000.
