We are looking for a driven and intelligent individual to join our growing Product Management team. Opportunity awaits the right person eager to fuel HHAeXchange’s growth with a combination of focus on big picture strategy and seamless tactical execution of roadmaps and release plans.

The Associate Product Manager is responsible for maximizing the product value created by multiple assigned scrum teams by collaborating with Product, R&D, customers, and customer-facing teams. The Associate Product Manager will work with Product and R&D management to create product roadmaps that achieve business objectives within the capacity of assigned scrum teams. The Associate Product Manager will break down high-level requirements into prioritized and well-defined requirements and will work with scrum teams to implement the committed roadmaps on time. The Associate Product Manager will also collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders/customers to ensure project goals are met which includes not just the technical releases but commercial launch and post-launch support.

Essential Job Duties

  • Help prepare, report progress on, and deliver on-time product roadmaps created from practical project plans that achieve company goals.
  • Act as the liaison between the Business and R&D teams to ensure there is clear understanding of required deliverables in the product/application and create corresponding detailed requirements with acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain a prioritized product backlog including new/improved functionality, defect fixes, escalation resolutions, and tech debt / modernization.
  • Own the quality of assigned products/applications minimally through active engagement in User Acceptance prior to releases, monitoring product health/quality, and actively problem solving to improve product health/quality.
  • Closely collaborate with internal teams especially R&D teams, customers, and third parties to improve overall product health and performance, increase customer satisfaction, and achieve project goals.
  • Determine methods to measure release and project success criteria, share the measurements, and provide recommendations based on those measurements.

Travel Requirements

☒ Travel up to 5%, including overnight travel

Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in Product Management and/or Development, preferably in the health IT vendor space working day-to-day with development teams.
  • In-depth experience using Agile Product Management and Development principles.
  • Working experience with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or similar tools.
  • Demonstrated being a vocal leader on the Product Management and R&D teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Experience identifying and managing cross-team risks and dependencies.

Nice to Have Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge of home health and/or home care solutions.
  • Familiarity with API integration development, 3rd party support, web application framework, and database concepts.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business model and associated product health metrics and configuration concepts.
  • Classroom Agile/Scrum training or certification.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
