Cutters Point Gig Harbor Uptown (by the Galaxy Movie Theater) is looking to hire a barista.

We are in need of a barista that is looking for a permanent job. Please don't apply if you are only looking for a summer job.

• Minimum starting hourly rate: $15.74 per hour + Tip (Average $18-20 per hour)

Tasks:

At all times exhibit a friendly, courteous attitude toward customers and co-workers. GUESTS; Greet customers, Urgency, Eye contact, Suggestive selling, Thank you, and Smile/voice inflection.

• At all times exhibit a friendly, courteous attitude toward customers and co-workers
• Accurately operate cash registers in accordance with Cash Register Procedures
• Prepare drinks.
• Set up equipment, utensils, and supplies at opening.
• Break down, clean, and put away equipment, utensils, and supplies at closing.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance procedures as directed by person in charge of shift.
• Comply at all times with Cutters Point Coffee dress code and personal appearance standards
• Comply with all Cutters Point Coffee policies and procedures, including relevant federal and state regulations
• Perform all essential duties of this position in a safe and effective manner, consistent with the prescribed method and guidelines established by Cutters Point Coffee
• Perform other duties as directed by Manager or Shift Leader

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.74 - $16.00 per hour

• Guest services: 1 year (Preferred)
• Barista experience: 1 year (Preferred)

• Day Shift (Preferred)
