Ithaca Beer Co. in Ithaca, NY is looking for multiple bartenders to join our growing team. We are looking to fill roles at both our Taproom Farm and our soon to open College Ave locations. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and reliable. Bartenders earn a base hourly rate of $8.50 an hour plus tips.

Our restaurants feature farm-to-table dishes sourced from regional purveyors and growers as well as from our on site farm. The menus are designed to highlight Ithaca Beer's national award winning crafter ales, brewed and bottled on site. We are a high volume restaurant with a focus on service in a casual atmosphere.

Key Requirements:

*Candidates must be available to work nights and weekends, with flexible hours. *Recent working with proven bartending experience. *Must be able to multitask and execute in a high volume setting. *Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, working in hot conditions, and lifting heavy objects. *Can sustain a professional, upbeat, and positive attitude and behavior at all times. *Can take direction and work as a team in a fast paced environment. *Ability to listen and communicate effectively

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Mondays and Tuesdays. Compensation is $21.00 - $33.00/hour.
