We are wanting to add an experienced Bartender to our amazing FOH team! The position will take care of guests sitting at the bar (6 seats) as well as To Go orders and work with the Servers for guest drink needs. The ideal candidate will be professional in dress and positive in attitude! =)

We are a high-volume restaurant, so we are needing someone with 1+ years of experience in a similar role. Full time preferred but willing to work with part time. All applicants must have weekend availability to be considered for this role.

The primary objective of the Bartender is to set up, maintain and operate the service bar serving patrons and waitstaff. Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons of bar and dining room, following standard recipes using ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks. Also serves wine and beer. Responsible to restock supplies, glassware and garnishes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
? Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for and patrons and service orders
? Interacting with and assessing bar customers' needs and preferences and making recommendations
? Rings drink orders POS system, collect money from customers, process credit card orders and make correct change
? Orders or requisitions liquors, other beverages and supplies
? Arranges bottles and glasses to make an attractive display and merchandises drinks, clear and clean the bar
? Check IDs to ensure legal drinking age
? Follow all health and safety regulations and adhere to company policies and procedures
? Maintain a clean and safe work area
? Follow rotation procedures to ensure freshness of products
? Manage inventory, control and limit waste
? Serve hot or cold food, appetizers and desserts
? May slice and pit fruit, wash/sterilize glassware
? Work amicably with others
? Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
