JOB SUMMARY::
Working as a Caregiver in our Memory Care Community you will maintain the highest quality of care by ensuring our residents needs are met while providing supportive companionship. Sapphire will provide the training and resources to keep our Caregiver's engaged and retain top quality skills.:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist residents in their daily living activities
- A Caregiver will participate in life enriching activities as indicated on their individual profile
- Provides emotional supports and encouragement to perform necessary tasks
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Assists with serving resident meals
- Complete required documentation timely and accurately
- Fosters a supportive, compassionate environment for our residents and their families
- Present for staff meetings and trainings
- Other duties as assigned

WHO WE ARE: Bridgecreek Memory care is located in Lebanon, Oregon. With a capacity of 58 residents, the community is our largest Memory Care. The community is beautiful and well cared for by our Administrator Jody Burton. Of recent we had the pleasure of updating the dining room furniture and the living room furniture. The newest feature to this community is our stunning veterans room. Sapphire provides on going training, tuition reimbursement, competitive wages and generous incentives to all employees.
