As a Chef/Manager, you are responsible for daily operations of the restaurant. This includes the appearance/atmosphere, presentation of food, guest experience, financial success, ability to order/forecast necessary product with minimal waste, and professional leadership. You must be a leader and show by example how to be productive and efficient. Also, you should enjoy developing the skill sets of those working with you and seeing others grow and succeed.
