A Day in the Life…


The Clinical Specialist is the clinical and sales support to sales representatives developing new sales opportunities and accounts at physician and hospital levels. They also provide technical expertise, product demonstrations, patient care, installation, and maintenance of company products.


  • Participates during surgeries and implants to provide troubleshooting and technical assistance.
  • Provides technical support with re-programming and follow-ups in hospitals and
  • Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and staff including providing ongoing education and clinical expertise regarding the use of the company’s products.
  • Possess and share superior clinical knowledge of the Company’s products, their clinical applications, instructions for use and procedural techniques.
  • Provide technical and educational training to physicians and staff on the use of the company’s products.
  • Provide case support, including Operating Room/Procedure
  • Perform patient follow-up to assure customer and patient success with the implanted
  • Communicate with Patients and Clients after hours and on weekends as
  • Travel daily within

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of previous programmable device support experience.
  • 4+ in a clinical or hospital
  • 5+ years of experience with programmable, implantable medical
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time – including overnights.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance

  • Commercial Mindset: Ability to effectively communicate the value of EVOKE and build strong relationships with customers as well as strong collaboration with Territory Manager (TM) to achieve sales goals.
  • Clinically Excellent; Highly skilled identifying/resolving clinical issues and ability to provide expertise to HCP’s ensuring patients receive highest quality of care.
  • Organized: Ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities with ease, ensuring accuracy, efficiency to drive sales goals and objectives.
  • Empathetic: Ensure patient receives individualized, compassionate care. Ability to establish trust, credibility with HCP’s and patients ensuring the highest level of support provided.
