You will oversee and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Superintendent to join our team. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure that all aspects of the project are executed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire construction process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage and direct the work of subcontractors and other construction workers, ensuring that all work is performed according to plans and specifications.
  • Ensure that all safety regulations and procedures are followed on the job site.
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments to the construction schedule as needed.
  • Review and approve all change orders and project invoices.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure that all aspects of the project are executed to the highest standards.
  • Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, progress reports, and other documentation.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being performed according to plans and specifications.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or problems that may arise during the construction process.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction, with a focus on management and supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people, including subcontractors, project managers, architects, and engineers.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
