Job Summary

Eurest is looking for a dynamic, effective, and experienced digital content creator and communicator with a passion for telling a compelling brand story. Reporting to the Senior Director of Communications, the Digital Content Manager has a unique opportunity to bring their creativity, appreciation for a cohesive aesthetic and ability to act on trends and effective digital strategies to enhance Eurest’s image and reputation online. This person is a thought leader and executor behind Eurest’s story presentation on social media, website, intranet, video campaigns and other digital platforms. This position is based in Charlotte, NC at our Corporate Headquarters.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Eurest’s digital content strategy, planning and storytelling initiatives for eurest-usa.com, bolstering SEO and increasing client and consumer traffic.
  • Increase Eurest’s visibility and engagement on social media through content development and execution, social listening
  • Act as community manager for social channels: review, manage and respond to comments; engage with industry pages
  • Lead our employee advocacy program for social media, helping to position our executives and SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) as industry thought leaders with training support and ready-made content while tracking content reach and engagement
  • Collaborate with our marketing/communications team on a connected content calendar that spans all channels and ensures alignment with business priorities
  • Develop measurement goals and report on performance of our content on owned, earned and shared properties
  • Work collaboratively with our videographer/photographer to develop video content and manage Eurest on YouTube
  • Be our in-house expert facilitating trainings and tracking trends to keep us forward thinking in the way we communicate and operate online
  • Ability to fulfill light graphic design needs for social media content management


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mass Communications, Journalism or Marketing
  • 3+ years managing website content optimization and working for a B2B organization
  • Presentation of online portfolio demonstrating abilities and past projects required
  • Strong writing capabilities adjusting tone and syntax across blogs, social media and other collateral; experience with video script writing, project management
  • Strong technical aptitude, current on communication measuring, reporting and social media trends
  • Proven track record of lead generation, click-through, conversion and engagement metrics and parameters
  • Proficiency and experience with Google Analytics, WordPress, SharePoint, Canva
  • Proficiency and experience with a social media management platform and analytics reporting
  • Hospitality mindset
  • Strong proofreading abilities including attention to detail regarding messaging, audience
