As a member of the FBM Transformation & Training Excellence (T&TE) Organization, you'll be a Data Analyst responsible for developing and implementing factory floor improvements in support of the Intelligent Factory Framework on the FBM Program. This will require coordination with the Model Based Engineering team, training center of excellence, shop floor personnel, shop management, quality engineering, and T&TE management. The FBM transformation team is looking for motivated individuals that can communicate effectively to help bridge the program from sustainment of yesterday to development and sustainment for continual improvement throughout the lifecycle of the program.
