Prepares, verifies and enters data into computerized information systems.

Job Responsibilities
  • Enters asset information/data into computerized maintenance management system. (CMS)
  • Record physical and nameplate data of University assets and enter into CMS.
  • May be required to run queries and reports on CMS.
  • May be required to perform clerical duties such as filing and answering the telephones, dispatching work orders, etc.

Work environment includes accessing mechanical spaces and roofs.

Minimum Qualifications
Two years data entry experience or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience).
Proficiency in the use of data entry equipment and demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills are also required. The hiring department may require a minimum typing ability.
