Quad/Care – Quad’s Lomira onsite child-care center is seeking a warm and enthusiastic Summer Seasonal Child Care Teacher Assistant who can work full-time, approximately 32 to 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:15 a.m. and 7:45 p.m. They will support our top notch child care team in Lomira, WI. Child Care Teachers are responsible for providing high quality care to the children of Quad employees, as well as any children attending from the community.



This position also includes up to a $1,000 bonus for the summer, paid at end of season (August/September)!



Qualifications:



  • Successful candidates must have:

    • A minimum of 1 year of experience in child care
    • Excellent communication skills, be dependable, reliable and able to work independently with minimum supervision
    • Preferred, but not required: Certifications in Early Childhood I, II, Infant/Toddler, CPR, First Aide, Shaken Baby, and Child Abuse and Neglect from an accredited school; OR An Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood or a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education or Early-Middle Childhood Education.
