The Opportunity:

Your role at Sephora:
Reporting to the Manager of Allocation & Distribution, as the Distribution Analyst, you will be responsible for allocation of new and animated items and replenishment of core inventory from DC to stores. In addition, you will:

• Allocate new and Animated Items to meet in store launch dates
• Replenish Core items for set of brands
• Manage Store level requests
• Serve as Brand contact for store level inventory requests or concerns
• Plan and execute Marketing Supported Event and Promotional inventory builds
• Perform ad hoc store level in stock and sales analysis with the goal to increase in stocks
• Partner with Planning/ Merchandising team to identify and communicate sales and inventory trends or issues

We’re excited about you if you have:

• 2 years’ experience in Inventory Retail or Allocation
• Strong Excel Skills
• Strong numbers aptitude; able to compile statistical reports
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible; team player

The annual base salary range for this position is $76,000.00 - $85,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
