Role Description and Responsibilities

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for the team’s core ETF-related tasks with a focus on order settlement and collateral processing. Additionally you will also be involved with executing daily workflow oversight, data exception monitoring, internal and external inquiry management for specific ETF servicing owned tasks as part of the ETF order lifecycle, amongst other duties. There will also be opportunities to put your analytical abilities, problem solving skills and attention to detail to test during the project phases of the engagement. This role can be located in either Tampa, FL or Boston, MA where you will join our existing team of ETF servicing professionals.

The candidate will be responsible for the following core fund operational processes:

• EOD ETF basket calculation and publication
• ETF creation and redemption order processing for primary market
• ETF units settlement arrangement and relationship with AP's
• Handling inquiries from internal and external partners related to the ETF Orders or Baskets
• ETF rebalancing handling
• ETF collateral processing and P&L calculation
• Working knowledge of mutual fund accounting or custody beneficial
• Ability to build client relationships
• Short term project assignments related to new business

• Exceptional decision-making skills and ability to communicate effectively with management
• Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar Degree preferred Mutual
• ETF Operations, Fund Accounting or Custody experience preferred
