As a former state representative and county attorney, Joe Gamez has been serving San Antonio, Texas, for decades. We are passionate about helping our neighbors through some of life’s most difficult challenges.

We're looking for a reliable, exceptionally organized professional to join our fast-paced law firm. The ideal candidate will be committed to helping the executive team in a small and friendly office environment. Assisting the executive team will require attention to detail, handling some HR-related functions, and being reliably able to care for important administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Compose executive emails by dictation
• Administrative tasks related to clients and stuff
• Communicate effectively with owners and clients
• Manage employee PTO and payroll
• Bill paying and tracking
