Responsibilities

• Processes client transaction requests and reviews transactions for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to all internal and external regulations. (Ex: checks, withdrawals, changes to accounts)
• Partners with Vanguard Associates in working through complex processing issues to ensure timely completion.
• Develops a working knowledge of Vanguard’s processing systems, group policies and procedures.
• Communicates with Vanguard clients through outbound calls and written correspondence to clarify incomplete or invalid paperwork.
• Understands and complies with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) guidelines, and Vanguard’s internal
• policies regarding client contact.
• Maintains department standards for quality and productivity.
• Works collaboratively with peers and management in a cohesive team environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or related experience
• Business-related education and/or experience
