YM Hospitality is a small business in Atlanta, GA. We are professional, agile, customer-centric and our goal is to find a professional that shows amazing customer service skills. We are looking for someone who is reliable, puts our guest first, friendly, outgoing, and efficient. .

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer phone calls and questions in person or via phone.
• Check in and check out guests.
• Be available to answer the lobby telephone during shift.
• Assist with customer service issues.
• Assist with special event coordination and execution.
• Assist with answering basic questions of guests and other callers including, but not limited to directions, hours of operation, reservations, cancellations, and lost and found items.
• Greet guests by calling their name or by using a bell.

REQUIREMENTS:

• OnQ experience
• Great customer service skills
• Positive attitude
• Reliability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
