JOB DESCRIPTION: GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERNSHIP - SUMMER

FYI is searching for talented graphic design interns to assist our product and marketing teams in creating beautiful visual assets for campaigns, demos, and VIP clients. This role will work closely with our Head of Design, as well as the product, marketing, and operations teams.

This role is in-person. Remote or hybrid candidates will not be considered.

Duties include creating and communicating design concepts, creating graphic design assets daily with rapid turnaround time, and brainstorming and sketching ideas with cross-functional teams.

We work in small teams to solve problems, come up with solutions, and support one another. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, collaborative, and eager to make an impact at a fast-growing company.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards and process flows.

- Create original graphic design assets (e.g. images, infographics, banners, posters etc).

- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.

- Adhere to branding and style standards on fonts, colors and images.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

- 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer.

- Degree in Design or other related fields from a recognized University.

- Excellent skills in Adobe Suite, Adobe XD, Figma

- Design Portfolio

- A passion for problem-solving, design and technology

- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Adobe XD.

- Have excellent oral/written communication, project management, multi-tasking, and decision-making skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
