We are looking for a Guest Service Agent to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, answering phones, taking reservations, and providing general information. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, and detail-oriented. OnQ experience is highly desired, but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and answer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Provide information about the hotel, its services, and local attractions.
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel.
  • Ensure that all payments are processed accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Handle customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
