The Solutions Sales Advisor will serve as a focused sales support within the Claims Cost Solutions business unit. In this role, the Senior Solutions Sales Advisor will support the Sales and Account Management teams on the Zelis Network Solutions and Reference Based Pricing Solutions. The Solutions Sales Advisor will be responsible for partnering with sales to drive revenue acquisition for Claims Cost Solutions by providing pre and post-sales support. This support encompasses the pre-sale analytics, and positioning of Zelis Network and Reference Based Pricing Solutions articulating and positioning the value story which will often include presenting directly to clients. Post-sale the Solutions Sales Advisor will work to support not only sales but also the client as the client moves through implementation, answering questions that may arise. The Solutions Advisor does not own the client relationship; however, they are a key player in the overall sales and management of prospective and existing clients within the Zelis portfolio. As the No Surprises Act has impacted the healthcare industry the Solutions Sales Advisor will need to be a subject matter expert ready to answer questions and support clients as questions or concerns arise related to their solutions and the No Surprises Act
Objectives and Responsibilities:

Become a recognized Subject Matter Expert on Network Solutions and Reference Based Pricing Solutions

Partner with Sales team to identify client business and product requirements during the sales cycle and determine recommended solutions and value proposition to win business.

Function as Subject Matter Expert regarding the Zelis Networks solution as well as the Reference Based Pricing solution including their design, configuration, implementation, and utilization.

Support sales in client calls on the topic of both Network Solutions and Reference Based Pricing

Review and give data insights on client level data and modeling

Serve as strategic member of product roll-out teams

Provide market & product intelligence to management and participate in the development of future solution strategies; assist with organization and prioritization of cross-sell pipeline(s).

Identify areas of opportunity within current client base.

Participate in training sales teams regularly on product and operational subject matter such as emerging technology, new products, custom solutions, etc.

Maintain awareness of and ensure adherence to compliance standards regarding privacy

Be able to operate in a fast-paced environment and pivot as required to support clients and Sales/Account Management

Have interest in growing in the role to include expertise on additional solutions as needed

Be willing to jump in and assist on different types of projects as needed or asked by sales and leadership

Travel requirement varies between 25-50% depending on volume of activity
What You Will Bring:

2-5 Years experience in the healthcare marketplace

Knowledge of Reference Based Pricing plan designs

Knowledge of Traditional PPO Network plan designs

Ability to work in a cross functional and fast paced environment

A high level of comfort with public speaking and client presentations
