Position Description:
· Plans and executes compensation projects for their area of work
· Maintains effectiveness of compensation programs *Performs market benchmark reports and other Compensation related analysis
· Creates compensation dashboard, develops communication and training materials on compensation topics
· Responds to inquiries from the various project stakeholders
· Ensure compensation projects & products are in line with regional or local guidelines and laws
· Executes position evaluation based on respective structure for all relevant positions for (an) assigned organization(s)
· May reconcile compensation / payroll accounts
· Develop processes and systems to deliver functional objectives
