Inside Sales Representative

Through innovation and comprehensive knowledge we have designed, developed and manufactured a full line of deck building fasteners, tools, accessories and maintenance products that has put us at the top of our market.

Job Responsibilities

• Support existing and build new relationships through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound calls and emails.
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Use of CRM software to track and manage customer interactions.
• Develop relationships with customers and key decision makers.
• Increase territory share by identifying, developing new leads, and effectively bringing them through sales path to conversion.
• Remain flexible and able to perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Sales experience, preferably in building materials/construction industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to prioritize work assignments, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with a high degree of quality and accuracy.
• Ability to act in a professional manner with employees, customers, and vendors.
• Strong PC Skills including experience with MS Office Suite, Excel, and com.
• Positive attitude, good judgement, a strong sense of responsibility and ownership - a true team player that is highly self-motivated.

Hours

Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5pm
