WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader, you manage a team of up to 3 people while performing services. You motivate, coach, and mentor team members and inspire them to do their best work on every job! With your landscaping experience and skills, you efficiently perform mowing, trimming, weeding, and cleanup. You safely and effectively operate a variety of mechanical equipment including commercial mowers, line trimmers, and blowers. Leveraging your customer service skills and mowing knowledge, you also make sure to promptly address any of our clients' questions, comments, and concerns.
