WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader, you manage a team of up to 3 people while performing services. You motivate, coach, and mentor team members and inspire them to do their best work on every job! With your landscaping experience and skills, you efficiently perform mowing, trimming, weeding, and cleanup. You safely and effectively operate a variety of mechanical equipment including commercial mowers, line trimmers, and blowers. Leveraging your customer service skills and mowing knowledge, you also make sure to promptly address any of our clients' questions, comments, and concerns. You feel good about helping customers improve their homes and lawns! If you can do this and meet the following requirements, apply today!

• Valid driver's license (unrestricted) and a clean record
• 2+ years of experience in this field or a related field
• Leadership experience
• Willingness to work occasional (paid) overtime
• Ability to work in all kinds of weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds
