Coldwater Landscapes has been serving The Shoals & beyond for over a decade. We believe that quality is key and that a small-town business CAN do big things! We are looking for amazing crew members for our landscape maintenance, enhancement, and construction crews.

A day in the life of our Crew Members includes performing various landscape duties such as:

• Planting, transplanting, pruning, weeding, pest monitoring, fertilization, watering, site clean-up, and all other plant health care and maintenance functions assigned.

• Installing hardscape projects like patios, walkways, retaining walls, seat walls, etc. using a wide range of materials.

• Transporting personnel and materials.

• Utilizing equipment as needed.

• Adhering to safety standards at the work site

Our ideal candidate is:

• Experienced in the landscape industry, either maintenance or installation

• Positive, proactive, professional

• Organized and detail-oriented with a focus on producing high quality projects

• Able to develop a strong rapport with team members

We have a 12-month-long busy season, and we tackle just about anything involving the outdoors: Landscapes, Hardscapes, or Property Maintenance, Commercial or Residential!

We offer competitive wages and benefits including:

• Hourly rates starting at $13/hour to $17/hour based position and experience.
