LANDSCAPE MANAGER

DRIVING RECORD

• Need Clean MVR

RESONSIBILITIES

• Bidding and selling residential and commercial maintenance & installation projects
• Managing maintenance & installation crews
• Tracking profitability of projects and contracts
• Ordering supplies for installation projects
• Training employees
• Making sure projects are done on time and in budget

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree – Preferably in Horticulture
• Selling and managing commercial accounts
• Selling residential projects
• Selling & managing maintenance accounts
• Bidding commercial accounts
• Profit analysis of commercial projects
• Supervisor
• Running and transporting skid steers & excavators
• Pulling large trailers
• Installation of plants and sod
• Installation of segmental retaining walls
• Installation of flagstone and pavers
• Installation and maintenance of irrigation systems

KEY COMPETENCIES

· Computer skills specifically in Word, Excel and Windows

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· A desire to sale, learn and be the best

· A passion for service excellence

· Highly motivated with excellent time management skills

· Ability to work with others

PAY

· TBD based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
