Job Description
The Brand Marketing Manager (BMM) leads regional marketing efforts to increase sales and product usage, win new consumers, and build brand love. BMMs embody our commitment to giving a local face to the global brand by developing beverage marketing plans informed by consumer & product insights and coaching their teams of specialists towards the best execution.

MARKETING AND COMMERCIALIZATION
Be the eyes, ears, and voice of the consumer, using your understanding of regional insights, demographics, and psychographics to influence marketing projects and local ATL campaign spend
Build & lead a local '360' marketing plan that increases brand awareness & product usage through occasions (work, study, fitness, gaming) and choice
Leverage national programming to increase sales in regional retail accounts
Create custom retail programming in collaboration with Important Accounts and Product Marketing teams
Oversee regional sampling and collegiate marketing programs that engage current and next-generation consumers
Collaborate with regional Sports, Culture, and Communications teams to increase outcome of brand programs
Ensure all local brand/beverage efforts are accomplished following national/global strategy and guidelines
Develop appropriate and measurable marketing goals for the region
Develop & execute event barters and other custom programs in partnership with Sales teams
Use insights to influence and support the dollar allocation and strategic focus of POS plans
Lead all regional product launches, building & developing plans within the region
LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT
Manage the budgets for Consumer Collecting (sampling/collegiate), Consumer Occasions, & Product Marketing activations within the region
Develop an understanding of the Consumer Collecting program, team dynamics, and sampling goals
Oversee regional execution of Student Marketeer program, ensuring we meet can goals, use hours, and deliver excellent campus plans
Hire and onboard and get to know your team of specialists
Provide coaching, build targets and development plans, and establish team routines & ways of working
Interview candidates for part-time workforce and provide feedback to your specialists, providing them with information to make sound hiring decisions
Live the Brand Marketing standards (innovation, calculated risk-taking, and integrity) and lead by example
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- 3+ years experience in consumer marketing; preferably in a CPG environment
- An understanding of traditional and non-traditional brand marketing strategies
- Knowledge of digital and social media
- The ability to identify trends and turn insights into actions
- Curiosity, creativity, responsibility, and passion
- A history of encouraging a collaborative and creative environment through coaching, leading, and influencing
- People and budget management
- Bachelor's degree preferred or experience in lieu of degree
- English, additional languages an advantage
- Travel 20-30%
