JOB TITLE: Raw Ingredient Purchasing Associate

IDEAL CANDIDATE: We’re looking for someone that has strong attention to detail and organizational skills, to provide administrative support for the Purchasing team. The candidate will be team-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

KEY FUNCTIONS

• Fosters a sense of teamwork and collaboration by supporting an employee culture that is aligned with HCC values and operating principles. Ensures all employees are treated consistently, fairly, ethically, and respectfully
• Monitors and maintains adequate inventory levels and applicable controls
• Processes purchase orders, coordinates shipments and ensures documents are maintained
• Communicates all price changes, vulnerabilities and information that affects the cost of goods to Senior Operations Analyst and Director of Operations and collaborates to negotiate pricing and contracts with vendors
• Updates and audits receiving logs, master purchasing spreadsheet, and assist with report generation
• Ensures successful and timely purchases, coordination and delivery. Works closely with Accounting to ensure invoice accuracy

QUALIFICATIONS

• Represents the company brand image and shares aloha to all customers, business partners, and co-workers at all levels throughout the company
• 6 months of related experience and/or training
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work with others, cross-functionally in fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.75 per hour
