MARKETING ASSOCIATE

Position Description:

The Marketing Associate at Robson Forensic will support the day-to-day operations of the marketing program. In collaboration with the Marketing Manager, this person will be responsible for contact/list management, qualifying incoming leads, managing website content, assisting in the planning and coordination of marketing sponsorships/events. The Marketing Associate would also assist in the production and management of visual and written marketing collateral. This position requires an individual with a high level of writing proficiency, who is an organized and data-driven self-starter with a desire to learn something new every day.

Marketing Associate Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Qualifying incoming marketing leads and distributing to Business Development
  • Promote content through print and digital marketing channels
  • Managing marketing collateral for events and mailing campaigns
  • Manage aspects of the firm’s website and online presence
  • Assisting the Business Development team with event logistics
  • Support the Business Development staff in their efforts to promote the firm
  • Develop print and digital advertisements to promote the firm
  • Marketing list building and management

Requirements:

  • 4 year degree from an accredited university
  • 2-5 years professional experience
  • Strong writing skills
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Submission of 2-3 writing samples must be included with resume
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
  • Agency experience (preferred)
  • Hubspot (or other email marketing platform) (preferred)
  • Google AdWords (Pay Per Click & Remarketing) (preferred)
