Job Description

MoveUp Consulting is a Recruiting Agency in the Moving & Storage Industry that's trusted by some of the TOP moving companies all over the United States and we have 100% Direct Hire positions available to start ASAP.

We have a role in Jacksonville, FL for a Move Coordinator!

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Saturdays (Once a month) 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Compensation: $20 per hour

Moving Coordinator Responsibilities:

Answering phones
Scheduling Video estimates
Completing the estimates and sending quotes
Booking jobs
Managing calendars
Other basic office duties

Skills Needed:

Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Extremely detail-oriented

Requirements:

6 months of North American Van Line Experience Preferred
2 years of Move Coordinator experience
Have been involved in the moving industry within the past 5 years
Excellent phone & email communication skills
Local to Jacksonville or willing to move
Must have reliable transportation

Benefits:
