Implement and execute the Omnichannel / Ecommerce strategy in cooperation with the project manager, by being responsible for the practical organization, the follow-up and all other aspects of project- and change management.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Helping to define the scope of the project and analyzing the impact this project can/will have on people organization in order to get a clear picture of the needs and objectives to be achieved and to set up a realistic timing and project team.
  • Contributing to the translation of the predefined objectives into clearly defined goals.
  • Drawing and following up workflows and procedures, creating and following a clear project planning.
  • Mapping the potential risks and limitations in the project.
  • Collaborating with and supporting colleagues within the department, constructively communicating with colleagues and all stakeholders to ensure a good flow of information.
  • Elaborating a change management plan for the assigned projects in a structured way.
  • Gathering and interpreting information that is related to the project and the used tools and processes, reporting to the stakeholders in order to ensure an optimal management.
  • Formulating improvement proposals to adapt the organization to the changing circumstances.
  • You report to the Omnichannel en E-com Portfolio Lead.

HOW TO SUCCEED / YOUR PROFILE

  • You obtained a Bachelor degree with minimum 3 years’ experience in a relevant function.
  • You are skilled in project and change management.
  • You are a natural connector and effective communicator.
  • You have the ability to coach and to motivate people.
  • You are an analytical thinker and solution oriented.
  • You are stress resistant and have a flexible attitude.
  • You are fluent in English/Dutch.
