About us

Better Life Family Dentistry is a brand new family owned business in Bristow, VA. We are husband and wife dentists who worked as associate dentists for over 10 years and finally decided to start our own practice in order to make independent decision to treat staff and patients the way we believe, with our own ethical and sentimental standards. We encountered many instances where honest, hard working staff members were often mistreated because of favoritism, drama or pay issues and it was frustrating since we couldn’t do much to resolve it as mere associate dentists. We vowed to have zero tolerance for drama or any unprofessional conducts towards other team members, and to appreciate the genuine efforts of each member and compensate accordingly.

We are professional, customer-centric, collaborative and our goal is to find the right team members who will join us in the journey of a start-up practice. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!! ALL TRAININGS WILL BE PROVIDED DURING PAID HOURS.

POSITION SUMMARY:

• Maintain sterilization procedures for all dental instruments and equipment.
• Comply with and share in the implementation of all safety, sterilization and infection control.
• Requirements, including OSHA.
• Maintain sterilization log books and dental equipment per manufacturer's recommendations.
• Occasional x-Rays & performs all other duties, as assigned by supervisor.
• Disinfect operatories and help with set up.
• Walk patients out and into the operatories.
• Assist other clinic staff and demonstrate a team approach to patient care.
