Overview:
Wipro is a leading Engineering Services provider globally. Wipro is looking for a dynamic business leader with experience in direct sales of Engineering services to its North America business focusing on Retail, Logistics, Transportation (RSAT) and Travel & Hospitality. Prior experience in Retail, Transportation and Logistics sector will be added advantage.

Dallas, Texas; Memphis, TN; Seattle, WA; Chicago, IL; Pittsburgh, PA

Responsibilities:
  • Business development and sales strategy for existing/new customers in North America for Wipro Engineering
  • Understand customer business needs and craft a value proposition to position Wipro’s Engineering offerings.
  • Own and drive RFI / RFP responses. Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders (Account, Practice, Alliance, Delivery, Finance and Legal teams) to ensure development of best solution and proposal leading to deal closure.
  • Build and nurture network for business growth.
  • Own the order booking and revenue commit numbers for the business, focusing on high quality / sticky and differentiated deals.
  • customer relationship management from an engineering services perspective
  • Ensure Year-on-Year business growth through both Strategic and tactical approaches for revenue and order book
Qualification & Experience:
  • Bachelor of Engineering / Computer Science Engineering. MBA from reputed institute is an added advantage
  • 8 to 12 years of Industry experience with at least 5 years in sales / account management role.
  • Good understanding of software development lifecycle and technology areas like software, Cloud engineering, Data engineering, AI/ML etc.
  • Should have prior experience of selling software engineering services and delivering to quotas
  • Proven Experience in account and customer relationship management
  • Should be proficient in written and verbal communication. Should be capable of presenting proposals, offerings, solutions to customers
  • Should have good problem-solving skills and should be an excellent team player
