We are experiencing significant growth and are looking for Product Support Specialists to support our growing customer base.

Job description

Our Product Support team at BOSS Solutions keeps our customers happy .The Support Engineer will be responsible for ensuring our customers derive good value from our solutions and focus on customer satisfaction and retention ensuring customer satisfaction and success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Install/provision the BOSS811 SaaS solution for customers and conduct user training
  • Provide phone, email, and online support for customers
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide resolution in conjunction with the development team
  • Work closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to identify, report, and resolve product issues and requests
  • Maintain a good log of interactions in our ticketing solution
  • Manage the escalation of issues and ensure timely resolutions
  • Guide customers in implementing best practices and optimally use the solutions
  • Proactively engage with customers to drive satisfaction
  • Presales functions such as customer demos, evaluations and presales support
  • Manage and maintain accurate and thorough customer support records
  • Conduct Periodic training/webinars for customers
  • Identify opportunities for services or upselling solutions

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent field/work experience
  • 1-3 years customer or technical support experience
  • Passion for solving customer issues and a champion of great customer service
  • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and independently solve problems seeking help when necessary
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Occasional travel to customer site required.
