The Center Operations teams' key function is to provide and implement a clear adoption framework related to our initiatives and various enterprise-wide strategic projects impacting the field, as well as measuring the impact and adoption rate of projects/initiatives. The Center Ops Coordinator will contribute to small-to-large sized projects with specific focus on maintaining, building and improving analytical and reporting capabilities within Center Operations Adoption and the projects we support. This person will work cross functionally with many teams across the organization.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop repeatable processes for consistent metric driven results, problem solving, and data driven feedback- such as surveys and the building of metrics of success
  • Create and maintain metric-based dashboards and reporting to provide insight on adoption measurements
  • Communication and roll out plans.
  • Translate data and key findings to advise useful insights
  • Identify, analyze and integrate information/data into KPIs, for data driven decision making, diagnosis measuring process performance
  • Provide administrative support to project management and compilation

Qualifications:

  • 4 year degree preferred OR project management experience
  • Strong eye for business with analytical, problem solving skills, and investigation capability
  • Experience with data visualization, reporting tools and dashboards
  • Ability to create dashboards in Smartsheet
  • Ability to distill research and data to articulate a clear summary of findings
  • Well organized and meticulous, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong sense of curiosity and comfortable expressing your idea
  • Ability to work with people in a positive and professional manner
