RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Perform "Contract Review" and generate Job Cards (i.e. shop routing documents OR travelers).
  • Help maintain specification library.
  • Help close out completed jobs.
  • Verify Certification packages are complete and correct.
  • Perform internal audits.
CONTRACT REVIEW/ORDER ENTRY

1. Verify customer purchase order complies with specification requirements.

2. Generate Job Cards.

3. Review "Job Cards" for accuracy and compliance with applicable specifications and customer purchase order.

4. Help maintain all applicable specifications and documents required to perform material processing.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:

1. Respond to customer requests for corrected certifications or other documentation in a timely manner.

2. Maintain positive relationship with customers by promoting efficiency and responding to customer requests.

TRAINING:

1. Know your job description and Codes of Safe Practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Read and understand customer purchase orders and specifications.
2. Read and verify shop travelers.
3. Input data into the computer.

Note: This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status.
