Job Description

Position Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Location: Green Lake – Seattle, WA
Schedule: Sunday and Monday 1:30pm – 10pm (Part Time)
Pay Rate: $19-$21

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Provide a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for residents, guests, and staff.
  • Greet visitors in an upbeat, courteous, and respectful manner.
  • Screen all guest to ensure the resident’s privacy and security.
  • Provide general reception services by answering the telephone and directing callers to the appropriate destination.
  • Support the transportation functions of the organization.
  • Help those waiting at the front desk.
  • Make room and parking reservations.
  • Provide clerical support across the organization.
  • Maintain inventory of office and break room supplies.
  • Oversee the copying and distribution of notices to residents as required.
  • Use and maintain all forms associated with the business that are directed through the front desk.
  • Maintain professional appearance of front desk and lobby area.
  • Monitor the fire panel.
  • Contact Maintenance and Environmental Services through walkie-talkie for all emergencies and matters as appropriate.
  • Receive and Dispatch Maintenance Department work orders through the work and asset management computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) platform.
  • Report all information relevant to the next shift’s team member.
  • Contact residents when deliveries have arrived.
  • Process incoming mail for the entire facility.
  • Other tasks assigned by management.
Skills & Abilities:
Education: High-school diploma/GED Equivalent
Experience: Two or more years of customer service or reception experience preferred.
